2. How can I get Abu Dhabi sport Package?

You can get AD Sports decoder/package from the hypermarkets, electronic shops and through our authorized dealers ( to find the nearest dealer to your location visit www.adtvnetwork.com ), you can also subscribe and get your decoder through our customer care centre on: 8002388 (this option is valid only within UAE/Free delivery fees).

3. Is it possible to get a standalone AD smartcard without having AD decoder?

Yes, it’s possible to have a standalone AD smart card without having AD decoder in case you have one of the below mentioned decoder models: Humax IR1100, Humax IR2000, Humax I-Cord HD Plus, Humax IR3100 and Humax IR-Free HD.

7. I am getting one of these errors on my screen {E101-4, E30-4, E19-4, E133-4, and E108-4}, what should I do?

11. How can I record using Humax IR 2000, 2020, 3020 and 3025?

    Connect your external hard disk (HDD) and follow the below steps:
  • 1.Press menu.
  • 2.Select settings.
  • 3.Select system.
  • 4.Select data storage.
  • 5.Select format data storage (note: external storage should be more than 30 GB).
  • 6.After a successful formatting, rename your HDD.
  • 7.Mark: "Select as PVR HDD".
  • 8.Now you are ready to record, just press exit from your remote control and turn to one of AD channels and press record.

12.How can I watch early recorded videos?

    Connect your external hard disk (HDD) and follow the below steps:
  • Press menu.
  • Select Media.
  • Select your HDD name.
  • Select videos.
  • Select/pick one of your early recorded videos to watch it directly on your TV.
